1 General Introduction

pkluak (pkluak.cam) is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform has been built with Bangla-speaking users in mind and provides support in Bangla around the clock. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") establish a binding legal relationship between pkluak and the user.

pkluak reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkluak reserves the right to verify a user's identity (KYC) as needed to ensure a safe and transparent service. This process may be required before a withdrawal request is processed or for security reasons.

During verification you may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID (NID), passport or another accepted government-issued document. Failure to complete verification or rejection of documents may result in account restrictions.

5 Deposits

The payment methods currently supported on pkluak are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The following applies to deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• If any fraudulent transaction is detected, the account will be closed.

6 Withdrawals

Funds earned through legitimate means may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules. Withdrawal policy:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The wagering requirements for any related bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• It is recommended to withdraw using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• pkluak reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold until verification is complete.

7 Welcome Bonus

pkluak offers a welcome bonus for new members. Detailed bonus terms:

• A 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: deposit ৳10,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳15,000.
• A wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The bonus applies only to the first deposit made after registration.
• A specific time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirement.

8 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all promotions and bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and wagering requirements — read the details before claiming.
• If bonus abuse is detected through multiple accounts or from the same device or IP address, the bonus will be cancelled.
• pkluak reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• In the event of any dispute related to a bonus, pkluak's decision will be considered final.

9 VIP Program Terms

pkluak's VIP program has three tiers. The benefits and applicable terms for each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week.
• You can advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity.
• Cashback is paid on a weekly basis and specific wagering requirements may apply.
• pkluak reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

10 Acceptable Use

The pkluak platform must be used for personal entertainment purposes. Users are required to comply with the following:

• Only lawful funds that belong to you may be deposited and wagered.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• You must communicate with online support staff in a respectful manner.
• Taking unfair advantage of any system error or technical fault is prohibited.

11 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed and funds forfeited:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using unlawful funds.

For any claim or dispute relating to pkluak, the decision of pkluak will be considered final. Both parties agree to complete the internal resolution process before pursuing legal remedies.
